CA Industrial Trainee (Pinaka)

About the role

Pinaka Aerospace is looking for a highly motivated CA Industrial Trainee to join the Business Finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning, business partnering, cost analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making within a fast-growing aerospace and manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Support monthly MIS preparation, financial reporting, and management dashboards
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units and projects
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across products and programs
• Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to track key business metrics
• Support inventory, working capital, and cash flow analysis
