About the role

Kobie, a 35-year veteran of the loyalty industry, a multi-year Forrester Leader, and USA Top Workplace is expanding its global footprint by establishing a Tech Hub in India.

What you'll do

• As a Campaign Manager, you own the end-to-end lifecycle of your assigned campaigns — from intake through post-launch
• You’re the day-to-day owner accountable for accurate, on-time delivery and clear client communication
• Gather and document client campaign requirements, questioning and challenging as appropriate to ensure exact requirements are understood before build begins
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness — confirming audience, content, offer, and timeline requirements are fully defined before work is handed to Development
• Initiate and lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners, documenting agreed-upon outputs and action items

What you need
