About the role

The team is responsible for the marketing technology ecosystem, campaign operations, customer communications, data governance, audience activation, and performance measurement. We are seeking a Marketing Capabilities Specialist to serve as the bridge between Marketing Operations, business stakeholders and MarTech enablement and Product Management.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for the marketing technology ecosystem, campaign operations, customer communications, data governance, audience activation, and performance measurement
  • Be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week
  • Be working from your home office
  • Serve as the bridge between Marketing Operations, business stakeholders, MarTech enablement, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Identify and evaluate marketing capability gaps, process inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across customer acquisition, engagement, retention

What you need
