What you'll do

• This role is primarily an out of office job and requires walking the market
• Develop a pool of candidates for positions you have or might have to fill in the future
• Assess the eligibility of the candidate
• Maintain documentation and ensure all hardcopies are handed over to data entry personnel for digitalization
• Coordinate with the client relationship executives to map candidates tojob openings and issue interview passes to eligible and interested candidates
