About the role

To manage and grow a portfolio of Small Business Enterprise (SBE) customers by providing financial solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring portfolio quality through regular monitoring and risk management.

What you'll do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of SBE customers and act as the primary relationship manager
• Achieve portfolio growth targets in terms of assets, liabilities, and revenue
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify business opportunities
• Analyze financial statements, banking transactions, and credit requirements to recommend suitable banking solutions
• Ensure quality of portfolio by monitoring repayment behavior and minimizing delinquencies
