About the role

The position is for the team within EY Brand, Marketing and Communications in GDS team and will be aligned to the Communications and Engagement pillar. This position will work with our stakeholder team to manage communications data, create insightful reports and dashboards to make communications more data driven and manage CE channels.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the setup of leadership emails for delivery via Broadcast Center (tool specific to EY)
  • Develop toolkits for the stakeholder on Modern SharePoint
  • Assist with the creation of metrics reports for multiple functions using PowerPoint
  • Handle logistics and provide operational support for webcasts on platforms like Kaltura and MS Teams
  • Create, maintain, and update distribution lists using the One Access tool
