About the role

This role requires delivering prompt, courteous, and effective assistance to customers, documenting interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved and service standards are upheld. The CCE will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve product and service issues following company policies
• Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling where appropriate
