About the role

You will handle inbound queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless service delivery while adhering to compliance standards and contributing to continuous process improvement. Respond to inbound client calls and emails promptly, maintaining service level agreements. Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues related to CLM solutions.
