About the role

As a Collections | FOS CCE, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts in arrears. Your primary goal is to ensure timely and accurate debt recovery while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will collaborate with various teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to develop and implement effective collection strategies.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts in arrears

• Manage and oversee the collections process for customer accounts in arrears
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Negotiate and resolve customer disputes and complaints, ensuring fair and timely resolutions

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• MS Office
• Financial reporting
• Communication
• BBA or B.Com
