Prepare & align financial slides for Steco & other forums
Drive cost efficiency program along with business functions
Take part in vendor contract renewal exercise, ensure optimal rate negotiation. Align financial impact arising out of new rates
Ensure PR/biz. case are verified, challenge biz functions for cost reduction. Ensure timely approval
