About the role

Monitor and evaluate channel partner and branch performance, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and communication with channel partners and branches Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the channel partner and branch network

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a channel partner recruitment and retention plan that aligns with our business goals and vision
• Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements and incentives with channel partners
• Provide training, support and guidance to channel partners and branch staff
• Monitor and evaluate channel partner and branch performance, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and communication with channel partners and branches
