Business Mix of Commercial and Consumer Lines Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business Responsible for ensuring quality of applications To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business To achieve the overall budget assigned for the fiscal

What you'll do

  • Maintaining Hygiene – Cheque Bounce & Receivables
  • Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline
  • Make individual agents grow Year On Year
  • Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents
  • Responsible for ensuring quality of applications

What you need

  • 3–6 yrs of experience
  • Channel sales
  • Cross-selling
  • Accounts receivable
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • Insurance
