About the role

Senior Agile Master / Project Manager / Technical Lead (10+ Years Experience) We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 10+ years of industry experience who can seamlessly operate as an Agile Master, Project Manager, and Technical Lead .

What you'll do

  • Agile Leadership & Scrum Mastery
  • Act as Agile Master/Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum/Kanban best practices and continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments and dependencies to maintain team velocity and delivery predictability
