Promote and nurture autonomy within Feature Teams, enabling them to deliver effectively.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular performance reviews. Provide continuous feedback and coaching
• Mentor employees for technical and leadership growth. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings
• Drive engagement and team morale initiatives
• Establish strong governance frameworks and define KPIs to drive excellence across IT, Operations, and project delivery functions
• Collaborate effectively across departments, influencing teams and stakeholders to meet cross-functional objectives
