About the role

As a Check-in & Boarding Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for all passengers.

Greeting passengers and providing friendly and professional customer service
Assisting passengers with baggage check-in and tagging
Verifying travel documents and ensuring compliance with airline and government regulations
Communicating flight information and updates to passengers
Assisting passengers with special needs or requests
