Chief Business Officer Online Channels (PSS08106)

About the role

The Chief Business Officer leads the entire online business encompassing Ecommerce, Qcommerce, and D2C channels. This role owns the online P&L end to end, setting channel strategies, strengthening platform partnerships, and building sales processes to grow online revenue. The position reports directly to the Co-Founder & CEO .

What you'll do

• Grow the business — widen coverage across existing channels and open up new ways to grow revenue
• Own strategy and planning — set the annual budget and the multi-year plan, and manage the P&L
• Lead partnerships — run joint business plans with partners and manage those relationships to grow the share of their revenue
• Build the team — hire, keep, and develop a strong sales team, and fill skill gaps as the business grows
• Use data well — build a team that studies the market, customers, and competitors and uses what it learns to gain market share

What you need
