Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Experience leading the finance function in a senior leadership capacity. Prior experience serving in a leadership role within a publicly listed organisation. Proven experience leading investor relations, including engagement with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business priorities and strategic decision-making
• Partner with the leadership team to drive business performance, profitability, and P&L outcomes across the organisation
• Prepare clear and insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, board, and investor review
• Lead investor relations activities, including stakeholder communications, board interactions, fundraising support, and performance reporting
• Drive M&A initiatives including target evaluation, financial due diligence, deal execution, integration planning, and post-merger integration
