About the role

The Chief HR Officer holds end-to-end responsibility for the company's people strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and manpower spend. Reporting directly to the Managing Director , this role provides strategic leadership to a broad HR team and ensures alignment of human capital initiatives with business goals and vision.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the HR strategic roadmap in line with business goals and vision
• Lead the design and execution of PMS frameworks , processes, and policies; track and report progress against KPIs
• Drive organization design , employee grading, and effectiveness initiatives across all business units and plants
• Oversee talent acquisition and employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice
• Formulate and execute succession planning and career pathing for critical roles and high-potential employees
