The role focuses on translating business goals into actionable plans, tracking execution, and enabling data-driven strategy across distribution and operations.

What you'll do

• Business Planning & Budgeting
• Support annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range planning (LRP) exercises
• Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to build business plans (premium, cost, productivity)
• Develop bottom-up and top-down forecasts across channels (agency, banca, digital)
• Track variance vs plan and identify corrective actions
