About the role

Chief manager - application at Hdb Financial Services. We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Lead - Data Governance & Analytics to spearhead our data strategy.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for maturing our data governance frameworks, managing our BI/Tableau development team, and building a greenfield Data Analytics and AI practice
• Data Governance & Management
• Establish and mature the enterprise Data Governance Framework (including data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and data catalogs)
• Partner with risk , compliance and Data security teams to ensure data practices align with RBI regulations and Information Technology Act requirements
• Define data ownership, stewardship policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all business verticals (e.g., Credit, Collections, Sales)
