About the role

This is a senior role with real accountability: for the momentum of the investment lifecycle, the success of the portfolio, the progress of fundraising, and the formation of new funds and entities. The Chief of Staff sets the firm’s operating cadence and holds it, anticipating what comes next, keeping every priority in motion, and clearing the path when progress slows.

What you'll do

• 1). Operating Cadence & Execution
• Design and own the firm’s operating cadence: the priorities, forums, and reviews through which the firm moves
• Translate strategic priorities into clear owners, milestones, and timelines
• Work closely with each team to anticipate next steps and keep initiatives on schedule
• Bring rigor to how the firm spends its time, so that every forum earns its place and every commitment made in it is carried through

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• Investment banking
• MBA
