About the role

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and highly articulate professional to work closely with senior leadership in a Founders Office–style role within a social entrepreneurship vertical focused on gender, climate, and inclusive economic development. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the vertical lead and senior leadership to support strategic planning and priority initiatives
• Lead the drafting of high-quality proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest, and donor submissions
• Coordinate inputs from programme, finance, and partnerships teams to produce co hesive, compelling documents
• Support resource mobilisation efforts by developing clear value propositions and narratives
• Translate programme ideas, impact data, and research into clear, persuasive written content
