Engineering graduate with an MBA from a reputed institution. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated strength in planning, organisation, and influencing stakeholders. Direct exposure to the CEO and executive leadership team.

What you'll do

• Support the CEO in strategic planning and business growth initiatives
• Conduct business research, operational analysis, and industry tracking
• Monitor strategic priorities and support company-wide strategy execution
• Lead and coordinate special projects focused on business improvement and operational effectiveness
• Drive cross-functional engagement with business leaders and stakeholders
