About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives, support executive decision-making, and contribute to the growth and performance of the PayU Finance business. The role will provide broad exposure to multiple functions, including sales, product, operations, HR, finance, and business strategy.

What you'll do

• Business Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, identify business opportunities
• Process Optimisation: Identify operational inefficiencies, support business process improvement initiatives, and help implement scalable solutions across functions
• Provide broad exposure to multiple functions, including sales, product, operations, HR, finance, and business strategy
