About the role

Responsible for overall P & L of the ISBU. Jointly leading/working with the Regional Heads to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for the Global Business that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overall P & L of the ISBU
• Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company
• Build and execute innovative strategies in line with the company’s vision to maximize penetration into the target markets
• Building and nurturing deep relationships with distributors/retailers/vendors/hospitals in line with the company’s growth strategy
• Analyze Challenging situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company’s survival and growth
