About the role

Operations Centre of Excellence (COE) Leadership Design and deploy standardized execution frameworks covering the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and design to construction, handover, and stabilization. Establish enterprise-wide operating standards, SOPs, stage-gate reviews, decision rights, governance cadence, and escalation mechanisms .

What you'll do

• Design and deploy standardized execution frameworks covering the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and design to construction, handover, and stabilization
• Establish enterprise-wide operating standards, SOPs, stage-gate reviews, decision rights, governance cadence, and escalation mechanisms
• Act as the custodian of execution discipline across all asset classes and geographies
• Set up and govern a Portfolio PMO / Enterprise Control Tower
• Drive portfolio visibility through dashboards, MIS, early-warning systems, and risk heatmaps

• 20–30 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
• Performance management
• Claims processing
• Safety management
• ERP
• Any graduate
