Strengthen performance management, talent development, and succession planning Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk frameworks in line with IPO readiness Proven experience managing end-to-end HR in large, complex organisations Experience handling large employee bases (~3,000+) across plant and corporate setups

What you'll do

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO/MD and Board on all human capital matters
• Drive the overall people strategy aligned with business growth and IPO readiness
• Lead organisational design, governance frameworks, and long-term capability building
• Own the end-to-end HR lifecycle across corporate and plant operations
• Build scalable HR processes, systems, and policies suited for high-growth environments
