Client Onboarding Associate

About the role

You will partner closely with implementation consultants, international onboarding leads, and clients to manage timelines, controls, and stakeholder expectations. You will guide the team’s delivery and continuous improvement agenda to support consistent, well-controlled client outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead people and resource management activities, including development, skill pipeline tracking, and training program execution
• Coordinate end-to-end product implementation activities with implementation consultants, international onboarding leads, and clients
• Establish clear timelines, documentation requirements, and cycle time expectations across onboarding deliverables
• Review account opening and product-related documentation for completeness and alignment to requirements
• Validate documentation inputs and supporting evidence prior to approval and storage
