What you'll do

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, moving beyond "status updates" to high-level strategic consulting
  • Solutioning & Value Engineering: Participate in technical and architectural discussions to ensure the proposed tech stack and roadmap provide the best ROI for the client
  • Conflict Resolution & Advocacy: Navigate complex technical and business roadblocks, acting as an advocate for both the client’s success and our internal delivery teams
