Client Relations Manager

About the role

The ideal Client Relations Manager will be a mature, seasoned professional with excellent communication and people skills and be experienced in customer service, hospitality, or client relations. The work would nominally be at FreeElective Network's office in the heart of Chennai, a few miles from the IIT-Madras campus.

What you'll do

• Nurture leads by proactively communicating with prospects and tastefully promoting the value of our services
• Onboard new clients and guide them in getting the most out of Jodi365, curate matches for them, reach out to handpicked matches on their behalf, explore compatibility
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact, and ensuring proper client service throughout their journey towards finding the right match
• Serve as dedicated relationship manager to select clients, reaching out to potential matches on their behalf, exploring compatibility with the client
• Record feedback from prospects, leads, and clients and provide timely and appropriate product and customer development input to the product, marketing, sales
