About the role

What you'll do

• Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure engagement and satisfaction
• Serve as the primary contact for client interactions post-booking
• Provide detailed information about the company, projects, and processes
• Handle NRI client complaints and queries for PAN India projects
• Collect and record client details (location, employment, purchase purpose)

What you need

• 2–8 yrs of experience
• CRM
• Client relationship
• Sales
• TDS
• Performance management
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹50k–₹80k a month
