Client Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting existing revenue by proactively identifying client risks, developing retention strategies, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

What you'll do

• Client Retention & Revenue Protection
• Own and deliver against assigned client retention and revenue preservation targets
• Proactively identify and address attrition risks through client engagement, service trend analysis, M&A activity, organizational changes, and competitive threats
• Develop and execute account-specific retention plans to protect recurring revenue
• Lead recovery efforts for at-risk accounts and manage escalations as needed
