Client Service Associate

About the role

Make your mark by guiding top-tier clients through seamless onboarding, strengthening cross-functional delivery, and driving process improvements that scale. As an Onboarding Support Associate in Global Client Service within Client Onboarding and Service, you provide end-to-end ownership of sensitive client onboarding and integration readiness through go-live and early-life monitoring.

What you'll do

• Serve as the bridge between clients and client-facing teams, and internal operations and delivery teams, to enhance the overall onboarding experience
• Partner with implementation and coverage teams to scope onboarding needs and proactively identify go-live risks and dependencies
• Attend client discussions to understand requirements and provide input into solution design and execution plans
• Guide top-tier and sensitive deals from pre-onboarding through post go-live monitoring as the single point of contact during the integration journey
• Coordinate across operations, technology, and related teams to confirm setup accuracy and client readiness ahead of go-live
