Client Servicing Executive – Pharma Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with a background in medical representative roles are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate must have excellent coordination skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact between the agency and client
• Understand client business, brand, and communication needs
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative and strategy teams
• Coordinate project execution from planning to final delivery
• Ensure timely and quality-driven delivery of all work
