  • ? Make 50+ outbound calls daily to HR/Admin teams to schedule meetings

  • ? Coordinate claims documentation and provide regular claim status updates to clients
  • ? Assist with endorsements, additions, deletions, and e-card issuance
  • ? Follow up with insurers for claim updates and query resolutions
