About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Partner to support Global Account Managers in developing deeper engagement with selected Global System Integrator accounts across India and the Middle East.

What you'll do

• Understand the Global Account Plan and execute the agreed strategy to help secure new opportunities in the marketplace
• Develop an understanding of customer buying centres to appropriately target activities and messaging for Global Enterprise products and solutions
• Lead technical and solution discussions with customer influencers and decision-makers during the sales stage
• Follow the internal sales governance framework and support timely approvals of key sales deliverables across relevant products and services
• Contribute to improving the customer experience by simplifying operating practices through an understanding of technology, products and end-to-end service models
