Client Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused Client Support Specialist to provide reliable technical assistance to business clients across North America. In this remote role, you will manage support inquiries through email, chat, and phone, helping clients troubleshoot issues and get the most from their products.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and technical support requests through email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services
• Manage support tickets from initial contact through resolution, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and coordinate follow-up
• Record customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the CRM
