What you'll do

• Lead and programme manage the development, assessment and implementation of the Regulatory Compliance approach to Climate / ESG / Nature Risk
• Be a Climate Risk subject matter expert, responding to Climate Risk queries from colleagues across the organisation as they pertain to Regulatory Compliance
• Develop, implement and maintain data driven solutions to assist in effectively identifying and managing risk whilst delivering excellent customer outcomes
• Ensure effective communication and understanding of relevant changes across key stakeholder groups
• Own the development and production of Climate Risk management information (MI) to monitor the impact of risk decisions on customers and portfolio behavior
