Cluster Director of People & Culture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader with comprehensive expertise in human resources operations and a demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Direct and oversee all operations of the People & Culture Department and execute the human resources strategy in alignment with senior leadership directives
• Establish and maintain professional employee relations standards through structured communication protocols, documented procedures, and adherence to company policies
• Serve as a member of the Executive Committee, providing strategic human resources counsel on talent management, organizational development, employee relations
• Deliver strategic human resources support to executive leadership and ensure all policies and procedures align with the organization's mission and legal requirements
• Provide guidance to departmental leaders and senior managers in developing and implementing corrective action plans based on employee feedback and performance data
