Interact regularly with Branch Managers/Branch Sales Managers/ Sales Staff to set targets & achieve required sales. Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Branch Manager in presentation & selling skills. Make joint calls with sales team, if required. Training for competence development of Branch Managers /Branch Sales Managers.

Interact regularly with Branch Managers/Branch Sales Managers/ Sales Staff to set targets & achieve required sales
Make joint calls with sales team, if required
Training for competence development of Branch Managers /Branch Sales Managers
Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff
Work closely with the Regional /Zonal Manager for developing sales strategies
