About the role

The GB05 will align with Operational training growth goals, conduct needs assessments, and ensure impactful program delivery. This role involves regular stakeholder communication, leveraging data analytics for effectiveness evaluation, and assisting in budget allocation. The manager will standardize L&D processes, support recruitment efforts, and foster team engagement through upskilling and performance reviews.

What you'll do

• Major Activities carried out by the role
• Aligning stakeholders and taking decisions which ease the business to implement learning strategies in the most conducive way
• Selecting Partners for delivery of Training Programs
• Training Objectives of L&D Interventions or Training Programs|ROI of 2-3 Interventions in the given Financial Year
• Detailed challenges faced by the role overall and / or to carry out principal accountabilities
