Collection Executive,

About the role

Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to follow up on pending payments. Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure commitments are met. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the system. Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliation of customer accounts.
