About the role
Own and manage collections activities for the assigned region. Follow up with clients through emails and other agreed communication channels regarding pending payments. Track outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-ups. Prepare and maintain accurate Collections MIS. Prepare and share weekly dashboards/MIS for reconciliation and review.
