About the role

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for the position of Collection Officer. As a Collection Officer, you will play a vital role in our finance team while gaining valuable experience in the field.

• Initiate regular communication with clients to facilitate timely payments and resolve any outstanding dues
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with team members to strategize effective collection processes
• Analyze overdue accounts and determine appropriate follow-up actions
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and handling disputes professionally
