About the role

As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for field collection activities, ensuring timely payments from customers.

What you'll do

• Conducting field collection visits to customers' locations
• Negotiating payment terms and plans with customers
• Maintaining accurate records of collections and payments
• Resolving customer payment issues and discrepancies
• Providing excellent customer service during collection interactions
