Collections Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Collection Specialist to manage customer interactions related to loan repayments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating customers on repayment obligations, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

• Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls regarding loan repayments and overdue accounts
• Communicate key loan details, including outstanding dues, repayment schedules, interest charges, processing fees, due dates, and applicable penalty charges
• Educate customers on the available payment modes and guide them through the repayment process
• Resolve customer queries related to loan disbursal, repayments, payment confirmations, and account status
• Negotiate repayment commitments while adhering to company policies and collection guidelines

What you need
