Commercial Claim Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Claims Specialist to manage and coordinate insurance claims across Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) policies. The role involves coordinating with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing, timely updates, and a positive claims experience.

What you'll do

• Handle and coordinate Non-EB/Commercial insurance claims from intimation to closure
• Review claim documents, verify details, and coordinate with insurers for claim processing and settlement
• Assist clients with claim requirements, documentation, status updates, and queries
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, surveyors, and other stakeholders, as applicable
• Follow up on pending claims and work towards timely resolution of outstanding cases

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Insurance
• Excel
• Claims processing
• B.Com
