About the role

Standardize and finalize product documentation for new offerings and businesses. We're looking for someone who has: A degree in law from a recognised institution. Expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts within banking, financial services, or law firms. Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate end-to-end commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, marketing, IT, and other key agreements
• Provide legal advisory across business functions; identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
• Ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks across diverse business segments
