What you'll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for community members and app users, particularly from marginalised communities
• Organise and facilitate community engagement activities, training sessions, and onboarding processes with empathy and cultural sensitivity
• Provide first-level support to address user inquiries, concerns, or complaints, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining a smooth, respectful experience
• Actively collect, document, and relay feedback from users to the project and technical teams to inform improvements in product design, services, and operational processes
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and partners
