Community Support Specialist (Bengaluru, India)

About the role

This role will be based out of our Bengaluru hub. Monitor our community and social platforms (community forum, X, Reddit, etc.), handle escalations, and help with response and communication around incidents and support issues Provide outstanding technical support for new and experienced Figma users on community and social platforms

What you'll do

• Monitor our community and social platforms (community forum, X, Reddit, etc.), handle escalations
• Help moderate and organize our community forum, making sure it stays a healthy and safe space for our global community
• Identify trends and areas of improvement for our community forum and other community support initiatives
• Improve engagement and create a seamless one-to-many support experience
• Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to investigate and resolve complex issues

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Figma
• Escalation handling
• Communication
• Any graduate
